Author: Critical Kare PharmaGynecologic Oncology Desk
On October 12, 2026, gynecologic oncology symposiums highlighted Tivdak® (Tisotumab vedotin-tftv 40 mg vial) co-developed by Seagen and Genmab as the first-in-class Tissue Factor-directed antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) for recurrent or metastatic cervical cancer.
Following landmark Phase 3 innoTV 301 data, Tivdak demonstrated statistically significant, clinically meaningful overall survival improvements over chemotherapy in patients with recurrent or metastatic cervical cancer with disease progression on or after doublet chemotherapy and bevacizumab.
Through Critical Kare Pharma, certified genuine packs of Tivdak Tisotumab Vedotin Injection Vials are supplied directly to gynecologic oncology centers globally via GDP-certified 2°C–8°C thermal transit.
Mechanism of Action & Targeted Microtubule Disruption
- Tissue Factor (TF) Overexpression: Tissue Factor is expressed on >90% of cervical cancers; tisotumab antibody selectively binds TF without interfering with physiological coagulation cascades.
- MMAE Cleavable Linker Payload: Protease-cleavable valine-citrulline linker releases monomethyl auristatin E (MMAE) directly into malignant cells, halting microtubule polymerization and triggering apoptosis.
- The innoTV 301 Phase 3 Benchmark: 30% reduction in risk of death compared to chemotherapy (median OS 11.5 months vs. 9.5 months).
- Eye Care Safeguards: Mandatory ophthalmic examination, vasoconstrictor eye drops, cold packs during infusion, and lubricating drops mitigate ocular surface adverse events.
